(III. 13.) IM rendelet 21. \u00a7 (2) bekezd\u00e9s b) pontja alapj\u00e1n a Magyar K\u00f6zl\u00f6ny mell\u00e9kletek\u00e9nt megjelen\u0151 Indokol\u00e1sok T\u00e1r\u00e1ban nem kell k\u00f6zz\u00e9tenni, mivel a tervezetben foglalt szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1s v\u00e9grehajt\u00e1si jelleg\u0171.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"margin: 0px;
